A licensed missionary in the Church of God in Christ who has faithfully served Holy Redeemer Church of God in Christ for many years. She has provided leadership across various facets of ministry, consistently guiding the congregation to greater heights. As the leader of the Women’s Department at Holy Redeemer, she passionately challenges women to live their best lives, walk boldly in their faith, and embrace the fullness of who God has called them to be.

Dr. Valerie Daniels-Carter is an entrepreneur, pastor, and trailblazer in women’s empowerment. She is co-founder and president of V&J Foods, one of the largest female-owned franchise companies in the U.S., operating over 100 restaurants across multiple states. A minority owner of the Milwaukee Bucks and a Green Bay Packers board member, she has broken barriers in business and sports. Beyond the marketplace, Dr. Daniels-Carter serves as a pastor at Holy Redeemer Church of God in Christ in Milwaukee, where she mentors women in leadership, faith, and service. Recognized nationally for her impact, she continues to inspire women to pursue excellence in business, ministry, and community empowerment.
